Description
Learn how to prepare pesto in a mortar, gnocchi, and tiramisu with Tiziana, a finalist in the world championship, in a historic building in Genoa.
Tiziana welcomes you to her home in the heart of Genoa's old town, near the Palazzi dei Rolli, for a cooking class of about 2 hours that will guide you step by step in the preparation of three iconic dishes of Italian cuisine.
The class begins with Pesto al mortaio, made with Genoese PDO basil and original ingredients according to the official specifications. During the preparation, you will taste freshly baked hot focaccia accompanied by a glass of chilled Prosecco.
Next, you will learn how to make fresh gnocchi, to be enjoyed with the freshly prepared pesto. Finally, you will prepare tiramisu, the famous Italian dessert, learning the secrets to making it at home for family and friends.
At the end of the lesson, you will be able to taste all your creations in a welcoming and unforgettable atmosphere. The lesson is available in the morning, in the afternoon or at a customized time on request.
